3. No Direct Collection: Affiliates may not collect funds directly from advertisers.
4. Termination: Breaches of policy result in immediate removal from the program.
5. Tracking: All referrals must be submitted through official SWIPE links or codes.
6. Compliance: Adherence to marketing laws and ethical conduct is mandatory.
7. Updates: Terms may be updated periodically; affiliates will be notified.
